How churches can help families facing homelessness

May 21, 2020

Neighboring in Bridge of Hope is providing tangible support and building a relationship between a family facing homelessness and a group of Neighboring Volunteers from a local Christian church. The need for homeless services for families is unfortunately escalating from the coronavirus crisis. Connecting with a family as part of a Neighboring Volunteer group is similar to what you do to support friends and family. Neighboring can be done while physically distancing for health and safety and with this crisis, finding ways to connect is more important than ever.

Invite your church, Bible study, small group, house church, etc. to form a Neighboring Volunteer group and join the Neighboring movement! Or consider donating to the Bridge of Hope Coronavirus Response Fund which provides support to families who were already struggling and are critically impacted by this health crisis.
