ANNOUNCING THE NEW DIRECTOR OF BRIDGE OF HOPE LANCASTER

Audrey Metzler is joining the Bridge of Hope team as the new Director of Bridge of Hope Lancaster, effective January 27, 2020.  We are incredibly grateful to God for the skills and experience that she will bring to this work as she returns to the Bridge of Hope team.

Audrey has a Master’s Degree in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Social work from Eastern Mennonite University.  Since 2008, she has served as Director of Ministry Development for Community Mennonite Fellowship, in Milton, PA, training and equipping volunteer leaders, coordinating outreach in the community and also providing counseling for people in transition.

From 1997 to 2008, Audrey served as Program Director for Bridge of Hope Lancaster and Chester Counties and brings extensive experience in interviewing skills, case management, supervision and Neighboring training.  Audrey’s extensive work with church volunteers as well as with persons impacted by homelessness, mental health issues, substance abuse and domestic violence positions her well for her new role in Bridge of Hope.

Audrey has served on her local ministerium and in her free time enjoys singing, cooking, cake decorating, playing guitar and throwing pottery.

We are so grateful for the way God leads in bringing Audrey to Bridge of Hope at this point in time!
