• This Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies article summarizes the important data shared in the HUD 2025 Annual Homelessness Assessment Report. 
• This article reveals the results of a new survey from the Pew Research Center and includes that more than half of parents with lower incomes — and single mothers in particular — say they’re highly worried about losing pay if they unexpectedly have to leave work to take care of family issues.

• Ending Well with a Family is a newly edited recording of a past All Staff Program Call which shares about what it means to end well with a Bridge of Hope family in terms of outcomes & benchmarks, when and how to start the conversation and what to complete in Outcome Tracker.
• Providing Effective Rental Assistance in Bridge of Hope.docx has been updated with an additional best practice guideline for Bridge of Hope locations to consider as they provide rental assistance to Bridge of Hope families. 
• Case Managers can share this resource with a Neighboring Family as part of a June monthly budget conversation.

• The NRS (Case Manager) Exit Evaluation is part of the Neighboring Family discharge planning process and is not only an important opportunity for data gathering, but also for reflection and discussion in supervision. This resource gives the easy instructions on how a NRS/Case Manger can complete the document using Outcome Tracker.
