Best-selling author and blogger, Shannan Martin, recently spoke at Bridge of Hope’s Gala on “Neighboring in this Season of Social Distancing.”  Watch the video below to view our virtual Gala and to hear what Shannon has to say.

Shannan Martin joined us for our Bridge of Hope conference several years ago and was an inspiration to all of us.  We quote her frequently in our training for Bridge of Hope Neighboring Volunteers.  She is a best-selling author and sought-after speaker because of her vulnerable, real and engaging presence.  Her books are “The Ministry of Ordinary Places” and “Falling Free” – both of which we highly recommend.  She and her husband Cory, along with their children, live in Goshen, Indiana.  She’s a part-time cook at The Window, Goshen’s community soup kitchen, and she has a new online community called The Soup.  After hearing her speak, you’ll want to subscribe to The Soup!
