Which option is right for your community?

Bridge of Hope has a vision of communities where no family is homeless. As a Bridge of Hope location, you will help end family homelessness by engaging Christian faith communities through Neighboring relationships that demonstrate Christ’s love. 

Interested in joining the movement to end family homelessness in your community?

Bridge of Hope embraces a Housing First approach, prioritizing access to safe and sustainable housing. Case Managers play a pivotal role in this mission, guiding families as they secure stable housing, foster neighboring relationships, and strengthen their resilience to build thriving, healthy family lives. 

Through the Bridge of Hope model, locations provide short-term help with long-term vision. Families are empowered and provided with training and support. This support includes finding rental housing, training in money management, receiving allocated rental assistance, and establishing neighboring relationships with Christian faith communities.  

There are two ways to bring Bridge of Hope’s proven nation-wide model to your community.  


Add the Bridge of Hope program to your already existing organization.
Bridge of Hope National partners with you to integrate our model into your current organization.  

Benefits of being a Program Site include establishing a Housing First program that can augment the other services you provide, access to a proven training curriculum for engaging and empowering Christian faith communities to Neighbor with families facing homelessness, and implementing an intensive and effective case management approach.  

Is your organization ready to integrate the Bridge of Hope model?

 


Start a Bridge of Hope Affiliate in your area to help end homelessness.
Bridge of Hope National partners with you to start an Affiliate location in your community. Affiliate locations are subsidiaries of Bridge of Hope Inc.’s group 501(c)3. They have separate EINs and file separate financials. Affiliates establish their own local board while implementing the proven Bridge of Hope model.  

Benefits of affiliation include alignment of mission with a larger network, access to a proven training curriculum for engaging and empowering Christian faith communities to Neighbor with families facing homelessness, unified purpose and consistent values. Affiliation also includes established credibility and identity, resource sharing, leveraging proven strategies, programs, and policies that are already established, and gaining connections and peer learnings.
